About Me

I am a mother of two teenage boys and chemist, risk assessor and environmental scientist.  I am very interested in providing safer personal care products to my friends, family and associates.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Duke University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  I have also studied human exposure assessment at the Harvard School of Public Health and risk assessment at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where I currently work.
